Why I choose this painting: The final paintings illustrate the legend of Little Briar Rose (Sleeping beauty). Everyone is deeply asleep as dead. Brambles run all around. The first time I saw these works, I had a vision of afterwards, when plants grows out of the bodies, crossing their branches to achieve an hybrid unique cocoon for Aurora. (Pardon my gothico-romantic heart)

Pourquoi j'ai choisi cette peinture: Les peintures finales illustrent la légende de Little Briar Rose (La Belle au bois dormant). Tout le monde est profondément endormi comme mort. Les ronces courent partout. La première fois que j'ai vu ces œuvres, j'ai eu une vision d'après, quand les plantes poussent hors des corps, croisant leurs branches pour réaliser un cocon hybride unique pour Aurora. (Pardonnez mon coeur gothico-romantique)
